Tell us when something is wrong

Factual mistakes in rules, paytables, help details or guide claims should be fixed. This page explains how to report them and what we do next.

Quick path

  • Email team@ukgameparlour.com
  • Include the page URL and the incorrect sentence or figure
  • We verify, edit when confirmed, and update the page date when the substance changes
How to report

What to put in the email

  1. Subject line that starts with “Correction” so it is easy to spot.
  2. Full URL of the page (copy from the address bar).
  3. The wording or number you believe is wrong, and what you think it should say.
  4. Optional: a screenshot or a link to a public source if the claim is about a general rule (for example a standard baccarat chart).

You can also use the contact form fields to draft the note, then paste into email — the browser form does not send mail by itself.

Did you know

A disagreement about taste (“I prefer a different theme colour”) is feedback, not a correction. A wrong third-card rule or an outdated helpline number is a correction. We prioritise the second kind.

What happens next

How corrections are handled

Correction handling steps
Step What we do
Acknowledge We aim to confirm receipt within a few working days.
Verify We check the live game build, the cited source, or both.
Fix If the error is real, we edit the page. Material changes get a refreshed “last updated” date where the page shows one.
Close We reply briefly when the fix is live, or explain why we left the text unchanged.

What this page is not

Corrections cover factual content on ukgameparlour.com. They are not a complaints channel for other companies’ casinos, not a route to claim prizes (there are none), and not a substitute for gambling-harm support. For wellbeing help, see responsible play. For how guides are made, see the editorial policy.
